Login IDs are managed by the primary administrator and additional primary administrators. 

Key points to remember 

• The login email can be a personal or work email: this affects all employees 
• The administrator can change employees' login email addresses 
• The status changes to "active" as soon as the employee logs in for the first time 
• Actions can be carried out in bulk
