On-Demand Pay: Notifications

🎯 Objective

This document presents the various email notifications sent as part of the On-Demand Pay module.

You will discover the recipients of each notification, the events that trigger them, and the actions to take when they are received to ensure the service is properly deployed and operates correctly.

📨Notification: The On-Demand Pay module is available for your company

When the On-Demand Pay module is activated by the payroll manager, the legal representative automatically receives a notification informing them that the module is available and that they can now create the payment account from their mySilae Entreprise account.

📨Notification:  Terms and conditions

Once the payment account has been opened, the legal representative receives an email containing the mySilae Entreprise terms and conditions and the banking partner's terms and conditions, which were accepted when the payment account was created.

📨Notification: Payment account approval 

The legal representative is informed by email as soon as the payment account approval is complete.

📨Notification: The On-Demand Pay module is available for your employees

Once activation has been completed, the legal representative receives an email confirming that the On-Demand Pay module is available for employees.

📨Notification: IBAN to synchronize for On-Demand Pay

This notification informs the legal representative that a new IBAN has been entered. 

It must be synchronized so that the employee can access the On-Demand Pay module.

📨Notification: Initial direct debit rejected - SEPA mandate missing

This notification informs the legal representative that the initial direct debit has been rejected because there is no valid SEPA mandate. 

They must sign and send the SEPA mandate in order to finalize the launch of the On-Demand Pay module.

📨Notification: Initial direct debit rejected - insufficient funds

This notification is sent when the initial direct debit is rejected because there are insufficient funds in the company's bank account.

📨Notification: Invitation pending to manage the On-Demand Pay module 

This notification informs the recipient that an invitation to manage the On-Demand Pay module is pending. 

They are invited to log in to their mySilae Entreprise account and accept the invitation in order to access the features assigned to them.
