- The process consists of 6 steps (personal information, company information, business activity, ownership, documents, SMS verification) before validation.
- Documents to prepare: the legal representativeâs identity document, Kbis (or equivalent), the companyâs articles of association, the declaration of beneficial owners (UBO) â and a power of attorney if another person is acting on behalf of the legal representative.
- Average validation time: approximately 5 working days, while the banking partner carries out the regulatory checks (KYB/KYC).
