🎬 On-Demand Pay module initialization

This video shows you how the legal representative completes the initialization of the On-Demand Pay module once the payment account has been validated.

Key points to remember:

  • Once the payment account has been validated, the legal representative selects the company's bank account that will be debited to fund it, then configures the automatic funding rules (amount and trigger threshold).
  • They must download the direct debit mandate, send it to their bank, then declare the mandate delivery in mySilae. This declaration triggers the initial direct debit, which definitively validates the account.
  • Until the mandate has been sent and the initial direct debit has been made, the account remains pending and the On-Demand Pay module is not accessible to employees.
  • The following steps then remain to be completed: the legal representative's identification process (from their smartphone) and the synchronization of employees' IBANs, which triggers the VOP (Verification of Payee) check.

Once all these steps have been completed, the legal representative receives an email confirming the activation of the On-Demand Pay module for their employees.
