Easily manage your On-Demand Pay requests directly from your mySilae mobile app.
Make a request from the mobile app
• Click the My On-Demand Pay tile in the On-demand Pay section.
- Confirm your identity (Face ID, Touch ID or passcode) by clicking Access information.
- Click Get an On-Demand Pay.
- Set the desired amount using the slider, up to the Available this day amount, then click Continue.
- A summary of the request is displayed, showing the amount and the date on which it will be deducted from your salary.
- Click Confirm to confirm the immediate payment of the On-Demand Pay into your bank account.
- A message confirms that the On-Demand Pay request has been processed. It then appears in the history of the My On-Demand Pay screen.
