Calendar
đ Calendar menu
From this menu, the manager can:
-
View the calendar of their team and sub-teams (for an N+2 manager), or of all the company's employees.
The view depends on the settings configured for the file.
-
Add an absence for a member of their team by clicking Add an absence or directly in the calendar:
- View counters and run simulations for up to 12 months for each member of their team by clicking the employee's surname and first name.
-
Add half-days or full days of remote work for members of their team:
Remote work days are displayed in green in the calendar. Depending on the configuration, remote work requests are approved automatically or must be approved by the manager.
An N+2 manager can manage absences for their sub-teams only from the Calendar menu, provided that the Teams and sub-teams filter is applied in the top left of the calendar:
By default, like the N+1 manager of a team, the N+2 manager can approve, deny or modify an absence for a member of their sub-teams. They can also view leave counters by clicking directly on the name of the relevant employee.
A legend is available in the top right.
Absences and mobility
đ Absences and mobility menu
From this menu, the manager can view and manage absence and remote work requests for their team. They can filter absences by date, member, type, status and tasks:
If several approval levels exist, the Tasks filter can be used to filter by tasks assigned to the manager or by tasks that another person must perform.
Â
When multi-level approval processes are enabled and a level 1 or 2 manager wishes to view an employee's deleted or cancelled absences, they must apply the Company tasks to complete filter and select the appropriate status. Once the final approval has been completed by the last approver, these absences are no longer considered to be the manager's direct tasks.
đžManaging absences
đ Absences and mobility menu > Absences tab
By clicking on an absence row, the manager can access the request details and an approval aid with the employee's counter details. They can approve or deny the request:
If they deny it, they must provide a reason:
The employee can submit an absence cancellation request. In this case, the manager can approve or deny the request:
If the cancellation request is approved, the absence changes to the Cancelled status:
The manager can also approve or deny absences in bulk: they select the absences with the Waiting for approval status, then click Approve or Deny:
All actions performed can be viewed for each absence:
đžDelegations
đ My account menu > Delegations
The manager can view the designated delegated manager responsible for approving their team's absences during their absence.
They can also change the delegation mode by choosing from the available options:
- Disabled

đžManaging remote work
đ Absences and mobility > Remote work tab
Depending on the configuration, the manager can approve all remote work requests or only those that exceed the limit set by the remote work rules.
When an employee submits a remote work request, a notification is sent to their manager:
From the Absences and mobility menu, the manager can view all remote work requests:
In list view, fixed remote work days are not visible.
By clicking on a remote work row, the manager can access the employee's request and approve or deny it:
If they deny it, they must provide a reason:

A new notification is sent to the manager, with access to the employee's comment.
If the cancellation request is approved, the remote work changes to the Cancelled status:
The manager can also approve or deny remote work requests in bulk: they select the requests with the Waiting for approval status, then click Approve or Deny.
Â
The manager can modify an entry directly in the calendar by clicking on the remote work request.
