Documents and payslips: Employee Area

🎯 Objective

This article presents the features available to employees in the Documents and payslips module of mySilae Entreprise.
Employees can:

  • View and download their payslips
  • Access their administrative documents
  • Electronically sign, view and download their exit documents

🔐 Prerequisites

  • The availability of your payslips and administrative documents depends on the configuration defined by your company.

🔾View and download your payslips

 

The payslips made available to employees are digital copies.

Their availability depends on the settings configured for the file.

Employees can access their payslips: 📍 Payslips menu

Employees can:

  • View them image.png
  • Download them in PDF format image.png
  • Search image.png

It is also possible to select one or more payslips and download them in ZIP format.

 

 

  • mySilae is not an electronic vault.
  • If you leave the company, access to mySilae becomes temporary. It is therefore recommended that you download your documents in advance.

Employees can access these documents: 📍 Other documents menu

Employees can:

  • View them image.png
  • Download them in PDF format image.png
  • Filter by document type
  • Search

It is also possible to select one or more documents and download them in ZIP format.
