đŸ’» Available features

🔾External contacts management

Access to external contact management requires the Signature feature to be activated for all document types, not only exit documents.

From 📍 Configuration menu > External contacts:

The referent administrator can:

  • Create, edit, share and delete external contacts

This feature allows you to select, when creating a signbook from the Signatures menu, a recipient who does not exist as an administrator or employee in mySilae Entreprise.

See the article: Documents and payslips: Administrator Area

👉 External contacts receive their signature codes by SMS.

🔾Delegating signing rights

From 📍 Configuration menu > Signatures, the referent administrator can grant signing rights to an employee or manager so that they can create signbooks:

This menu displays all employees with a current contract, as well as internal and external managers of the company.

To activate signing rights, click the toggle in the Activation column:

This right allows employees and managers to:

  • Access the Signatures module in their mySilae Entreprise account
  • Create signbooks
  • Send documents for signing to internal or external recipients

Only referent administrators or additional referent administrators with signing rights will have access to this menu.

Administrators with the "Signatures" right will have access to all signbooks created by employees and managers.
