â You have access to mySilae with the rights required to access the Finance and Payments menu.
â You have received the notification email inviting you to open the payment account (On-Demand Pay - notifications).
â You have the documents required to open the payment account:
- a valid identity document for the legal representative;
- proof of the company's registration (Kbis or equivalent document);
- the company's articles of association;
- the declaration of beneficial owners (UBO Ultimate Beneficial Owner).Â
đ Please note:
The banking partner may request additional supporting documents as part of regulatory checks (KYB), depending on the company's situation or the legal requirements in force.
The Legal representative : role and rights
As part of the On-Demand Pay module, the Legal representative is the person authorized to administer the service on behalf of the company.
They are the main point of contact for setting up the system and are responsible for opening the payment account with the banking partner. They also administer the On-Demand Pay module in mySilae Entreprise.
The Legal representative may be different from the administrator responsible for the file, but they must have access to mySilae Entreprise in order to complete the steps required to activate the On-Demand Pay module.
The Legal representative has the following rights:
- open and configure the payment account dedicated to On-Demand Pay;
- view the account balance;
- track On-Demand Pay requests;
- synchronize employees' IBANs;
- delegate administration of the payment account and management of On-Demand Pay to other administrators.
â ïž Warning:
Features relating to the payment account and the management of On-Demand Pay are accessible only to the legal representative and administrators who have been delegated access.
Finance and Payments section of mySilae Entreprise
After your payroll manager activates the module, you will receive a notification email inviting you to continue setting up the service.
By clicking the Activate the module button in the email, you are redirected to the mySilae Entreprise login page.
Two situations are then possible:
- You already have a mySilae Entreprise account: log in with your usual credentials to access your account and continue opening the payment account.
- You do not yet have a mySilae Entreprise account: you must first activate your account before you can access it.
See the following documentation for help activating your account: Documentation  "Activating your mySilae Entreprise account".
You will then have access to the Finance and Payments section in your Administrator account.
Opening the payment accountÂ
To access the payment account opening process, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Finance and Payments section.Â
- Click the Payment account menu.
- Then click the Account opening button.Â
- Select Get started.Â
- You are then redirected to the banking partner's secure area.Â
đ Opening your payment account
Enter your company name, then select your name as the legal representative from the list provided.
If your name is not displayed, select the option âMy name is not in the listâ.
Two options are then offered:
- "I am the legal representative"
- "I have a power of attorney", which you can download and provide at the "Document" stage
You are now ready to continue the process. Six steps remain to complete the opening of your payment account.
1- About
Complete the legal representative's personal information. This information is used by the banking partner as part of the regulatory checks relating to opening the payment account.
2- Organization
Enter your company's information and check the pre-filled data. Once the information has been completed, accept the banking partner's and mySilae Entreprise's general terms and conditions in order to continue opening the payment account.
3- Activity
Specify your company's activity and the requested financial information. This information enables the banking partner to assess your activity as part of opening the payment account and meet its regulatory obligations.
4-Ownership
5- Documents
Provide the legal representative's identity document. If you are acting under a power of attorney, also attach the duly signed power of attorney.
6- Finalize
To confirm your identity and finalize opening the payment account, you will be sent a verification code by SMS.
At the end of the payment account opening process, the legal representative receives a summary email containing mySilae's and the banking partner's general terms and conditions for reference.Â
Once the payment account dedicated to managing salary advances has been approved, you will be notified by email.
Once this step is complete, you will need to initialise the module. To do this, refer to the corresponding guide.

đ Please note:
Regulatory checks
Once your account opening request has been submitted, the banking partner carries out the necessary regulatory checks before approving your application. The average approval time is approximately 5 working days, including the regulatory checks and activation of the payment account.
Company verification (KYB)
As part of the KYB (Know Your Business) procedure, the banking partner checks in particular:
- the company's legal existence;
- the consistency and accuracy of the information provided;
- the compliance of the application with the regulatory obligations in force.
Verification of the legal representative
The banking partner also verifies the identity of the legal representative in order to meet the regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.
đ Please note:
If additional information is required, the banking partner may contact you and request further supporting documents before finalising the opening of the payment account.
